Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior MIS professional with strong exposure to manufacturing/production plant-floor MIS. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing production-related MIS, maintaining accurate plant data, and providing timely reports to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to plant operations and production.

Collect and consolidate data from Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch, and other plant departments.

Prepare shift-wise, batch-wise, product-wise, and department-wise production reports.

Monitor raw material, WIP, finished goods, and inventory-related data.

Analyze production data and highlight deviations, trends, and areas requiring management attention.





Prepare dashboards and management reports using Advanced MS Excel and other MIS tools.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of plant MIS to the Plant Head / Management.

Maintain proper records and ensure data integrity across different plant functions.

Coordinate with production and other departments for data verification and reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements

*8–10 years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably in a manufacturing or production plant.
Robust experience in shop-floor / production MIS is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a factory/plant environment.
Candidates with experience in plywood, wood products, FMCG, engineering, chemical, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
