Sales Coordinator (Fresher) – Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
Communicate with customers, dealers, and distributors regarding basic inquiries and order updates.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents under guidance.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and required documents.
Maintain customer records and update sales data in the ERP/CRM system.
Prepare and update daily sales reports, MIS reports, and Excel records.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment status and documentation.
Support the sales and marketing team with product information, presentations, and promotional activities.




Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a team setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
