JOB DESCRIPTION:- Transportation & Fleet Manager

Company: Shri Krishna Road Carrier (SKRC)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the company’s complete transportation and fleet operations.
Handle fleet management, vehicle deployment, maintenance, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, clients, vendors, and other authorities.
Undertake liaisoning and regulatory work related to transportation operations.
Manage drivers, transport staff, route planning, vehicle utilisation, and timely deployment.
Monitor operational costs, vehicle performance, compliance, and documentation.
Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth execution of transportation contracts.
Maintain strong coordination with clients and resolve operational and administrative matters.




Perform any other duties necessary for the productive functioning and growth of the transportation business.

Eligibility & Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in a transportation/logistics company.
Strong experience in fleet management, transportation operations, and liaisoning work.
Candidates with experience dealing with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, or large corporate clientswill be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage transportation operations and a fleet.
