Process and submit vehicle warranty claims accurately and within Honda's prescribed timelines.
Verify warranty eligibility and ensure all required documents are complete before claim submission.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Honda representatives regarding warranty-related matters.
Monitor the status of warranty claims and follow up for approvals, rejections, and settlements.
Maintain warranty records, job cards, and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with Honda warranty policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Support the Service team in technical documentation and warranty administration.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
