We are seeking agile and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a solid command of either an American or British accent. As a voice process executive, you will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to clients from English-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers from the U.S./U.K.
Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
Maintain a friendly and positive tone while ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and timelines.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM tools.

Requirements:
Accent:



Native-like fluency in American or British English (mandatory).
Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex customer issues with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
