We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, following up with prospects, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Schedule appointments, site visits, and consultations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Build solid relationships with potential and existing customers.
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.




Prepare and share daily sales activity and conversion reports.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach
Positive knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Experience in Home Services, Automobile, Insurance, Real Estate, or Consumer Services will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
