Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller Team Leader to lead and manage a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities-
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, productivity, and call quality.
Assign daily calling targets and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Train and coach team members on communication skills, calling techniques, and customer handling.
Monitor call records, follow-ups, conversions, and team reports.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
Identify performance gaps and implement suitable improvement plans.
Ensure discipline,



attendance, punctuality, and qualified conduct within the team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Candidate Requirements-
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Previous experience in team handling/supervision is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, motivation, and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven workplace.
