We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales. Candidates with experience in plastic films, metallized films, packaging materials, polymers, manufacturing products, or other industrial products will be preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, generating business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Handle B2B/industrial sales and customer relationships.
Visit customers regularly and understand their requirements.
Generate leads through market visits, references, calls, and other sources.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.




Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.
Submit regular sales and market reports to management.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust customer relationship management.
Good follow-up and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the Surat/Gujarat industrial market will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Graduate with relevant sales experience.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant B2B/industrial sales experience.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
