Hari Daya Industries (Kisaan Electric) is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Online Sales Executive (Male & Female) with 2–3 years of tele-sales experience to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales from online enquiries, promoting and selling Kisaan Electric's range of electrical fitting products, and building robust relationships with new and existing customers. The role includes understanding customer requirements, providing accurate product information, following up for order confirmations, coordinating payments, and ensuring timely communication with the internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth order execution. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, call logs, and sales data using the company's software and mobile application.

Applicants must have prior experience in selling electrical products such as Modular Boxes, Concealed Boxes, Fan Boxes,



Changeovers, MCB Distribution Boxes, and Electrical PVC Fittings & Accessories. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, be sales-oriented with a target-driven approach, and demonstrate qualified customer handling abilities. Basic computer knowledge is essential for maintaining records and using CRM/software. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, basic English communication is required, and candidates familiar with Bihar or East Uttar Pradesh local languages will be given preference. This position is open to female candidates who are passionate about sales and committed to delivering excellent customer service while contributing to the company's business growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
