Develop original textile designs for bedding, kitchen linen, table linen, and living products
Create CAD designs, repeats, colorways, and pattern layouts based on buyer requirements
Study buyer mood boards, references, and market trends to develop suitable collections
Prepare and present design concepts, CADs, and swatches for internal and buyer approvals
Work closely with merchandising and sampling teams for product development
Decide on fabric construction, yarn count, GSM, and finishes based on design and cost targets
Coordinate with weaving, printing, and dyeing units to ensure design feasibility
Develop recent collections seasonally (Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter, etc.)
Ensure designs are aligned with target price points and buyer expectations
Support in costing discussions by suggesting value-engineered design options




Monitor sample development process and ensure design accuracy in final samples
Review strike-offs, lab dips, and sample outputs and give corrections if needed
Maintain design consistency and quality standards throughout production
Create and maintain a design library and archives (CADs, artworks, repeats)
Stay updated with international trends, colors, materials, and techniques
Take reference from buyer websites, competitors, and global brands
Communicate directly with buyers (if required) for design clarifications and approvals
Ensure all designs meet export compliance, testing, and buyer standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
