Recruit quality Distribution Managers who have the potential to build and lead successful teams.
Train, coach, and mentor Distribution Managers on insurance products, sales processes, recruitment strategies, and leadership skills.
Guide Distribution Managers to recruit quality Insurance Advisors with the right attitude, communication skills, and growth mindset.
Provide continuous field support through joint calls, coaching sessions, and business reviews.
Help Distribution Managers activate, develop, and retain their advisors for consistent business growth.
Ensure achievement of recruitment, activation, and business targets through effective team management.




Build a high-performing agency force that delivers excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Insurance sales: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
IRDA Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
