Role Description The Senior Portfolio Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing and optimizing client real estate portfolios, identifying high-potential residential and commercial opportunities, and aligning investment strategies with client goals and risk profiles.

The Senior Portfolio

Manager will analyze market trends, perform financial and risk assessments, and advise clients on acquisitions, divestments, and portfolio rebalancing. Daily responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, preparing investment reports, coordinating with sales and advisory teams, and maintaining robust client relationships through regular reviews and strategic recommendations.



The role also requires contributing to overall business growth by spotting new investment themes, supporting deal negotiations, and upholding high standards of ethics and transparency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, property performance, and risk-return profiles.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Investments skills to conduct financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for real estate portfolios.
- Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to design, manage, and optimize diversified real estate portfolios aligned with client objectives.
- Candidates should possess Trading and transaction execution skills to manage buy/sell decisions, negotiations, and deal closures efficiently.
- Relevant experience (typically 5+ years) in real estate investment, wealth management, or portfolio management, preferably in the Gurugram/NCR market.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities, with capacity to explain complex concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; familiarity with real estate CRM or portfolio management platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, real estate investment courses) is a plus.
