- Analyze market trends and industry demands to identify potential employment opportunities for graduates.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in business development, corporate relationship management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful IT hiring or placement coordination.
- Solid understanding of corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
