Marketing Intern – E-commerce Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern – E-commerce Operations to join our team and manage day-to-day order processing across major e-commerce marketplaces including Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable working on computers, and interested in learning how an e-commerce business operates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process daily orders received on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon
Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines
Coordinate daily packing and dispatch of orders
Print invoices, shipping labels, and other required documents
Check products before packing to ensure the correct item, size, and quantity are shipped
Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and failed orders
Maintain daily records of orders and dispatches




Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required
Handle basic marketplace-related operational tasks
Ensure there are no delays or missed orders

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic computer knowledge is required
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
Positive communication skills
Comfortable working Monday to Saturday
Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho seller panels is a plus
