Perform periodic maintenance and general servicing of vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle problems.
Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty components.
Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools effectively.
Follow Tata Motors technical standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.
Complete job cards accurately and update repair details.
Ensure quality of work and minimize repeat complaints.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle repair status.
Complete assigned jobs within the prescribed turnaround time.
Follow workshop safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
Support warranty-related repairs as per company procedures.
