Job Overview

WSNE Consulting is seeking a energetic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with experience or strong interest in end-to-end IT Recruitment.

Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, skilled networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with technical and business stakeholders.
Work on requirements related to IT technologies such as Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP Modules , Cyber Security , AI ML roles .
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs,



quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED
6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,152.80 - ₹22,679.59 per month
