Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in line with design intent and industry standards.
Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.
Prepare municipal, working, and presentation drawings as required.
Ensure all drawings comply with UDCPR rules, local authority regulations, and approval norms.
Perform FSI calculations, setback planning, parking layouts, and area statements as per UDCPR.
Review and interpret architectural designs, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants to integrate all design inputs.
Modify and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle as per site and approval changes.
Assist in design development, space planning, and detailing.




Work on approval drawings and manage submissions through PREDCR / online portals and offline procedures.
Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Draftsmanship.
Relevant experience in architectural drafting and/or design.
Hands-on experience in working drawings, municipal submissions, and UDCPR compliance preferred.
Experience with PREDCR / online approval systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
