Plan, assign, and monitor daily nursing schedules and home visits.
Assess patients' healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of home nursing staff.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on care outcomes.
Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and medication management for home care services.
Handle patient concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Promote continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in home healthcare services.
