Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Cafe Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cafe or restaurant industry, with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. This role requires managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day cafe operations
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
Monitor sales, expenses, and work towards achieving business targets
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with purchase/store teams




Ensure proper staff scheduling and shift management
Implement company policies and operational procedures
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall cafe presentation
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in cafe/restaurant operations
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Good understanding of billing systems, POS, and basic reporting
Ability to manage operations in a rapid-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
