Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
Receive and enter customer orders accurately into the system.
Verify order details and ensure error-free data entry.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain customer records and update order status.
Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements
Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
