Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and monitor production budgets and cost reports
Track daily production expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation
Handle accounts payable and receivable related to production
Process and review production payroll, including overtime and allowances
Coordinate with production managers, line producers, and vendors on financial matters
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, contracts, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense claims
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and statutory requirements
Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and variance analysis
Assist with audits and financial reviews when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or Commerce
Proven experience as a Production Accountant or Cost Accountant
Strong understanding of budgeting, payroll, and cost control
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific tools)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and agile production schedules
Solid communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,344.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
