About Urbanroof Pvt. Ltd.

Urbanroof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.
Support HR in preparing and maintaining attendance and leave records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR-related queries.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documentation as required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
