Job Title:- Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with tour and travel bookings.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Provide support throughout the customer's travel journey.
Collect customer feedback after service completion.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:-
12th Pass or Graduate – both can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and positive attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
