About us

We work with founders and clients who have spent decades building something and have never once talked about it publicly. Our job is to get that story out of their head and onto a screen. We are small, we move rapid, and the work goes live quickly.

The role

You shoot and have the basic setup to make these shoot happens – ideally, a camera and lighting.

Some of it needs to look properly lit and considered. Some of it is scrappy and phone-first because that is what the platform wants that week. You should be comfortable switching between the two, sometimes on the same day.

Logistics, scheduling, and location coordination are handled by our operations lead. You turn up and shoot well.

What you will actually do

Shoot at location (Delhi) usually with two other people. Set up lighting and audio without being told to.





What we need from you

One or more years of experience in shooting. You own or have reliable access to a camera, lens, lights, and audio kit. Based in Delhi or Delhi NCR, and willing to travel across the region for shoots.

Nice to have

Experience with personal brand content Photography alongside video. An eye for what makes an ordinary person engaging on camera.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
