Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments including Operations, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Office.
Understand manpower requirements from respective department heads and prepare hiring plans accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, consultancy networks, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview rounds, feedback collection, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements and approved manpower budgets.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




Conduct background verification and reference checks before onboarding candidates.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes for current employees.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Maintain positive candidate experience and qualified communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with training and HR teams for smooth onboarding and employee integration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment procedures.
Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, hotel management campus drives, and recruitment events.
Monitor employee retention trends and support management in reducing attrition through quality hiring.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and hiring status reports for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information at all times.
Perform any other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
