We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, banking transactions, reconciliations, and payment-related tasks. The candidate should have positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record and update sales and purchase entries in Tally.
Handle cash book and day-to-day cash transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Assist with GST-related activities, including data preparation and reconciliation.
Coordinate with the CA/finance team for taxation, audits, and statutory requirements.
Prepare regular MIS and accounting reports as required.
Maintain and update Excel trackers and financial records.
Verify and reconcile ledger balances.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles.
Experience in bank reconciliation and payment processing.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, food, distribution, retail, or manufacturing will be preferred.
Candidates with experience handling Tally, GST, banking, and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
