Job Summary

The Cleaning Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and well-organized workplace throughout the clinic. The role includes cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas, ensuring infection control standards are followed, and supporting the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations. Healthcare housekeeping staff play a key role in maintaining sanitation and preventing the spread of infections.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect treatment rooms before and after patient use.
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, corridors, reception, waiting areas, consultation rooms, washrooms, and staff areas.
Dispose of general waste as per clinic protocols.
Clean glass partitions, doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
Refill handwash, tissue paper, sanitizer, and other housekeeping supplies.
Assist in shifting furniture and equipment whenever required.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the Clinic Manager.




Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained properly after use.
Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste segregation procedures.
Perform any housekeeping duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Minimum qualification: NA
Physically fit and willing to perform manual cleaning tasks.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

Perks
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
Weekly Off as per company roster.
Uniform provided.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
