Job Description: We are looking for an experienced EPABX Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EPABX/Intercom systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities:
Installation and programming of EPABX systems.
Fault diagnosis and repair of EPABX, intercom, and telephone lines.
Configuration of extensions, IVR, call routing, and voicemail.
Routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
Customer support and in office troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge (IP PBX, LAN) is an added advantage.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
1–5 years of experience in EPABX installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of analog, digital, and IP PBX systems.
Experience with brands like Matrix, Panasonic, NEC, Crystal, or similar preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
