Job Responsibilities

· Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory, including appointment of distributors and opening of current retail outlets for company products.

· Daily market coverage of outlets in defined beat, sales, placement, range selling and merchandizing of all products.

· Capable of defining and optimizing beat plans in assigned territory.

· Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

· Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

· Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters

· Sales planning, execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets set.

· Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

· Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, pricing, schemes, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.





Skills Required:

· Bachelors/Master Degree in Marketing or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales. A candidate with local market knowledge will be highly preferred.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.

Pay: ₹9,738.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
