Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in BIM to guide prospective students, support enrolled learners, and drive course enrollments. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, a solid understanding of BIM workflows, and the ability to align student goals with the right training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on BIM courses, career paths, and industry opportunities
Understand student needs and recommend suitable BIM training programs (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, etc.)
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to enrolled students
Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to ensure student satisfaction




Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and job market requirements
Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, webinars, and education fairs

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in BIM (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM workflows)
Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales (preferred)
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills:
Experience in training institutes or ed-tech environments
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Knowledge of global BIM standards and industry practices
Multilingual abilities (preferred depending on region)
