We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Mobile Video & Content Editor to produce high-impact, short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will transform raw video footage, audio clips, and brand assets into engaging, mobile-optimized visual content that captures attention in the first three seconds and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile-First Video Editing: Edit short-form video content specifically formatted for mobile consumption.
Storytelling & Pacing: Craft compelling narratives through quick cuts, agile text overlays, sound design, trending audio, and seamless transitions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral social media trends, popular video hooks, memes, and platform feature updates to incorporate into client or brand content.
Asset Optimization: Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews, events) into bite-sized clips optimized for social media platforms.
Color & Audio Enhancement: Perform basic color grading, audio cleaning, sound effect (SFX) integration, and auto/manual captioning.
Collaboration: Partner with content creators, social media strategists,



and graphic designers to execute creative briefs and social campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements
Software & App Proficiency: Expertise in mobile-first editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, VN Video Editor, or desktop tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Portfolio: A portfolio or portfolio link (Instagram, Google Drive, or personal site) showcasing reel edits, vertical videos, and creative transitions.
Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok algorithms, YouTube Shorts, and mobile video best practices (captions, secure zones, hook timing).
Attention to Detail: Robust eye for visual timing, typography placement on mobile screens, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.
Turnaround Speed: Ability to work quickly in a rapid-paced setting and meet daily or weekly posting schedules.

Bonus Points
Experience with basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects).
Familiarity with filming high-quality mobile footage using smartphones (iPhone/Android setup, lighting, mobile gimbals).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
