Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand the hospital's market presence.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the hospital's revenue streams and patient base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referring physicians, medical professionals, healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and community groups.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.
Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns,



and outreach initiatives targeted at specific patient demographics or service areas.
Track and report on key performance indicators, business metrics, and sales targets to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry regulations, healthcare policies, and advancements in ophthalmology to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.
