Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our clinical team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring proper patient safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
Assist doctors and clinical staff during consultations and procedures.
Monitor and record patient vitals and overall condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Prepare patients for procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure care.
Maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
Ensure proper sterilization, hygiene, and infection-control practices.
Handle and maintain medical equipment and clinical supplies.
Educate patients regarding medication, precautions, and post-procedure care.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.




Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient management.
Follow all clinic SOPs, safety protocols, and nursing standards.

Requirements
GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in a hospital, clinic, dermatology, cosmetic, or surgical setup will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong patient-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts as required.
Basic computer/clinical documentation knowledge.

Comfortable assisting doctors during procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced clinical workplace.

Salary: As per experience and interview
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
