Job Description:
Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending EMI
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve payment-related queries.
Negotiate payment plans and encourage customers to explicit outstanding dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams to update payment status and customer information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection calls.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while maintaining a qualified and courteous approach.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate resolutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
