Job Summary

The Restaurant Captain oversees daily floor operations, leads the service team, and ensures exceptional guest service while maintaining restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the service team during shifts.
Welcome guests and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Conduct team briefings and assist in staff training.
Monitor table service and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of restaurant service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Solid command of English (Mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adaptable shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
