Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of MIS processes, reporting workflows, and data accuracy.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Positive knowledge of SQL and databases.
Experience in data validation, reconciliation, cleaning, and preparing MIS reports.
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and follow proper MIS processes and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.




Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or errors.
Maintain MIS trackers, databases, dashboards, and reporting formats.
Analyze data and provide reports/insights to management and relevant teams.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
Maintain proper documentation of MIS processes, workflows, and SOPs.
Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve existing MIS processes and reporting efficiency.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹21,144.98 - ₹41,749.31 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
