Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent chance for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
Assist with other HR-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
