Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Check quality of construction work and ensure compliance with standards.
Review drawings and identify site-level issues or discrepancies.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress records.
Monitor work progress and support timely completion of project activities.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.




Coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager for site requirements and issues.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
Valuable knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and material requirements.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in residential building / real estate construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
