Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Bancassurance to work closely with bank branches and generate life insurance business through bank employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain good relationships with Bank Branch Managers and bank staff.
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Train and motivate bank employees to generate insurance leads.
Conduct regular meetings and product presentations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into policies.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and current business.
Monitor branch-wise performance and improve productivity.




Support customers in understanding life insurance products.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Maintain proper documentation and follow company/regulatory guidelines.
Focus on quality business, customer satisfaction and renewals.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in Banking / BFSI / Life Insurance Sales preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Solid sales and target-achievement mindset.
Comfortable working with bank branches and bank staff.
Graduate candidates preferred.
Age should not be more than 30 years.
