Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage
Handle site measurements and assist in quantity estimation
Ensure safety procedures are followed on site
Resolve basic site issues and report to senior engineers/project manager
Maintain proper documentation of site activities

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction projects
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and site practices
Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ
Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹390,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
