A Telecaller is a qualified who communicates with customers over the phone to provide information, generate leads, promote products or services, handle inquiries, and support sales or customer service operations.
Job ProfileKey Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products, services, offers, or company policies.
Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding products, payments, or services.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and performance targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
