Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Executive / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions such as onboarding, attendance and employee records.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, references and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
Manage onboarding, documentation and induction of new joiners.
Maintain employee attendance, leave and personnel records.
Support statutory compliance related to PF and ESI documentation.




Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Prepare recruitment and HR MIS reports.

Requirements
MBA/Graduate in HR or a related discipline.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or services.
Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
