Job Description – HR Recruiter & Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR qualified to manage 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% HR Operations in a quick-paced IT startup. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

· Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.

· Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and talent pipelines.

HR Operations (30%)

· Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates.

· Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.

· Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and reports.

· Support employee engagement,



performance management, and HR compliance.

· Address employee queries and ensure policy adherence.

Required Skills

· Robust IT recruitment experience with excellent sourcing skills.

· Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

· Experience with HRMS, ATS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask in a agile startup environment.

Qualification

· MBA/MSW in Human Resources (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate

· 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and IT Recruitment.

· Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing hiring and HR operations.

· Startup experience will be an added advantage.
