We are looking for a creative, hands-on content producer who can independently shoot, edit, and design high-quality content for social media platforms.

This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founder to create engaging, informative, and premium content.
Experience shooting with shoot setups

Key Responsibilities
Video Production
Shoot reels, interviews, podcast clips, and clinic content
Handle lighting, framing, and basic audio setup
Create content during shoot days and ad-hoc moments
Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos
Add captions, transitions, music, and hooks
Optimize content for high engagement + retention
Graphic Design
Create carousel posts, thumbnails, and story creatives
Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone)
Work on Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
Social Media Content Execution
Repurpose content across platforms (IG, YT, LinkedIn)
Format videos for different aspect ratios
Support content calendar execution




Creative Input
Suggest trending formats, hooks, and reel ideas
Stay updated with Instagram trends & healthcare content styles
Collaborate on content concepts with the founder

Requirements
1–3 years experience in content creation / video production
Solid skills in:
Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut)
Design (Canva / Photoshop)
Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content trends
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or personal brand content

Pay: ₹20,426.47 - ₹35,930.32 per month
