Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application stability and performance.
Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
Solid understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing business process management applications.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect applications with external systems.
Competence in debugging and optimizing application performance to ensure reliability.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
