Job Summary WSNE Consulting is looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for niche technology roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Hai, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT specialists.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.





Mandatory Hiring Experience Candidates must have experience hiring for one or more of the following technologies: - Java - Cybersecurity - Generative AI (GenAI) - Machine Learning (ML) - Data Analytics - Web Development - Front-End Development - Back-End Development - SAP - REST APIs - Cloud Technologies - AWS

Required Skills
1–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
Solid knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
