Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking Operations Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations, ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide operational support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Process banking transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
Handle account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation.
Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Process inward and outward payments, fund transfers, and transaction requests.
Resolve customer queries related to banking operations and services.
Monitor operational activities and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers in Banking Operations, Financial Services, NBFC, or Back-Office Operations.
Knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Experience
