We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who can help expand our global client base and generate recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach
Manage international client communication via email, calls, and online meetings
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Work on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other lead generation channels
Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Robust negotiation and presentation skills
Good understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions
Ability to build client relationships and close deals
Experience in international sales or IT service selling will be an advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Experience

1 to 3 years experience in Business Development / IT Sales / International Sales
