Credara Capital Private Limited is looking for motivated and customer-focused specialists to join our growing team as Customer Support / Loan Collection Executives. The role involves interacting with customers, managing loan repayment follow-ups, resolving payment-related concerns, and contributing towards monthly collection targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Follow up with customers for loan repayments via calls and other approved channels. • Handle customer queries and provide payment solutions. • Maintain CRM records and call logs accurately and in real time. • Achieve monthly individual and team collection targets. • Ensure qualified, respectful, and RBI/regulatory-compliant customer communication at all times. • Escalate disputed or sensitive cases to the reporting manager as per company policy. • Prepare daily/weekly collection and follow-up reports.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
