Raahat Services is a fast-growing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partnered with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Tele caller Executives to join our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial solutions.
Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the most suitable financial product.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for documentation and application processing.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Resolve customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Eligibility
Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); Graduates preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Tele calling, Customer Service,



BPO, Sales, or Banking.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
